2.1 Information collected automatically by third-party services

Mach2 includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements. When you use the app, Google collects and shares the following categories of information. All of it is encrypted in transit.

This information is collected by Google, not stored on any server operated by Dice Religion. We do not operate servers, databases or analytics of our own.

2.2 Google Play Games Services (optional)

Mach2 offers an optional high-score leaderboard through Google Play Games Services. If you sign in, Google shares a Play Games player identifier with the app so your score can be submitted to the leaderboard. Your score and your Play Games display name may then be visible to other players on that leaderboard. You are not required to sign in — the game is fully playable without it, and declining simply means no leaderboard.

2.3 Information stored only on your device

Mach2 saves two values locally using Android’s standard app-preferences storage. They never leave your device and are not transmitted to us or to anyone else:

• Score — your all-time best score.
• FirstTime — a counter tracking how far you have progressed through the tutorial.

Both are deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

2.4 What the app does not collect

• No name, email address, phone number or postal address.
• No precise or approximate location.
• No contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files or SMS access.
• No payment or financial information — the app contains no purchases.
• No health, biometric or sensitive personal data.

The “buy me a coffee” button simply opens an external website in your browser. Anything you do there is governed by that site’s own privacy policy, not this one.

• Advertising — to select and deliver ads, including rewarded video ads you choose to watch to continue a game, and to limit how often you see the same ad.
• Analytics — to measure ad performance.
• Fraud prevention, security and compliance — to detect invalid traffic and abuse.
• App functionality — to run the optional leaderboard.

Mach2 shares information only with the Google services embedded in it:

• Google AdMob and its advertising partners — how Google uses information.
• Google Play Games Services, if you choose to sign in.

Both are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

5.1 Advertising ID

You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device. Deleting it prevents apps from using it to build an advertising profile.

5.2 Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent request before personalised ads are served, and you can change or withdraw your choice from within the app. Withdrawing consent does not stop ads — it means you will see non-personalised ads instead.

5.3 The legal basis for using this information

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, data protection law requires us to name the legal basis for each purpose. For the advertising data in section 2.1 these are:

• Your consent — for storing or reading identifiers on your device and for personalised advertising. This is the choice the consent request in section 5.2 asks you for, and you can withdraw it at any time without giving a reason.
• Legitimate interests — for serving non-personalised ads, measuring whether an ad was shown, and detecting invalid traffic, fraud and abuse. Advertising is what pays for a free game, and detecting fraud is necessary to run it at all; these are balanced against the limited, non-sensitive data involved.
• Your consent, again — for the optional Play Games leaderboard in section 2.2, which happens only if you choose to sign in and which you can decline or revoke.

Those bases are exercised by Google, which determines how the data in sections 2.1 and 2.2 is used and is the controller for it. Dice Religion is not a joint controller of it: we receive none of it, hold none of it, and cannot query it. Nothing in section 2.3 is processed by us under any basis either, because it never leaves your device. There is accordingly no personal data held by Dice Religion for which a legal basis could be required.

5.4 Leaderboard

Sign-in is optional and can be declined or revoked. You can manage or delete your Play Games data through your Google Account settings.

5.5 Deleting your data

Uninstalling Mach2 removes everything the app stored on your device. Because we hold no data ourselves, there is nothing further for us to delete. To remove data held by Google, use the Google account controls linked above. If you would like help with this, write to the contact address in section 1 and we will respond within 30 days.

Mach2 is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Dice Religion retains no personal data, because none is collected by us. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google’s own published retention practices. Data stored locally on your device persists until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.

All information transmitted by the third-party services in this app is encrypted in transit using TLS. Because Dice Religion operates no servers and holds no user data, there is no user database that could be breached on our side.

The Google services used by this app operate globally and may process information in countries other than your own, under Google’s own safeguards and contractual terms.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to it, or to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because the data described in section 2.1 is collected and controlled by Google rather than by us, those requests are best directed to Google through your Google Account. We will assist with any request sent to the address in section 1.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in the app’s Google Play Data safety disclosure.
