Ursa Major
Tinkering and fumbles of the logical kind.
Behold, a collection born of curiosity and hubris. Here, in this digital forge, lie the artifacts of a mind that dared to reach for the sun, much like Icarus with his waxen wings, yet tempered with the meticulous observation of Galileo charting the stars. These are not mere creations; they are whispers of logic given form, experiments in interaction, and echoes of digital ghosts. Within this space, tools, games, and projects emerge from the ether, shrouded in whimsy and wonder. They are offered to you, a traveler in this vast cosmos, as instruments of discovery and engines of play. What secrets will you uncover? What stories will you forge? The mystery is the first gift.
The Modern Cave
The first tool was a sharpened stone, a simple extension of will that carved a new reality from the world's harsh canvas. It gave the caveman dominion, a way to shape, to build, to defend. Today, our caves are digital, our fires are pixels, yet the essence remains. The tools we forge now are lines of code, intricate logics that build worlds, solve unseen problems, and connect disparate souls across impossible distances. They are still just sharpened stones, yet they carve reality in ways our ancestors could only dream of, proving that the act of creation is humanity's most enduring and sacred ritual.
The Game Labs
The most compelling games are not born from chaos, but are meticulously forged within the elegant constraints of science and the unyielding boundaries of mathematics. They are born from the science of reasoning, where player psychology and behavioral economics dictate the flow of engagement. Each rule is a hypothesis, every mechanic a controlled experiment. This is the realm of the statistic of design, where probability curves are shaped to craft moments of near-miss tension and triumphant victory. True game craft is the art of building a beautiful, intricate clockwork universe, where every gear of code and every spring of design works in deterministic harmony to create an emergent world of pure, unadulterated fun.

ExploreArtificial Living
The word Koi is a truncation of Nishikigoi -- the brocaded carp. In their ancestral state, they were biological grey noise: mud-dwelling scavengers ignored by history. Through centuries of selective breeding, humans harvested their genetic errors, isolating vibrant reds, stark whites, and metallic golds. We engineered the animal out of the fish, replacing instinct with aesthetics.
Today, a Koi is not viewed as a sovereign life form; it is a living painting. They are framed into glass walls, where they are cared for like decorations to show-off. Showered with praise and love, not as life, instead as art. An ornamental asset fetching millions at auction. We have converted a pulse into a commodity. I think about this thing that we humans have done to life. We do it a lot to life actually, a lot of examples in nature where we have domesticated, either for our own good or our viewing pleasure.
And I can't help thinking: is this how we end up? Will humans make beautiful technology that given enough time, makes living art out of us? As we integrate with our machines and curate our existence for the digital gaze, we are domesticating our own species. We are the grey carps of the pre-synthetic era.
We are not the masters of this exhibit; we are the next installation.
